If you've been called back for the interview, you're in the driver seat. The interview can make or break you. We divide the interview into three parts, the pre-interview, the interview, and the post-interview. The most important part of the interview process is the pre- interview because if you prepared adequately, the actual interview will be stress-free. The least important part of the interview process is the actual interview, because if you prepare properly and follow-up the right way, the interview will be a breeze. We help you prepare for interviews by having detailed discussions about potential interview questions and coaching you on how to interact during the interview, and how to follow-up after the interview. In addition to general interview coaching, we provide video recorded mock interviews if necessary.
Interview Coaching $199 (+$50 for each additional hour)
For this service, you will provide us with a job description and other relevant information about the job in which you're interviewing, and we will talk about your communication with the employer in order to determine the best strategy moving forward. We will provide you with a list of potential questions and you will be responsible for answering the questions in the format we instruct. Once you work through the questions and complete other tasks associated with interview preparation, you will meet with a coach to discuss your preparation in detail. We will also discuss how you will conduct yourself during the interviewing; that is how you will answer certain kinds of questions, how you will interact with interviewers, and how you will communicate your value non-verbally, through positive body language. Finally, we will discuss questions you will ask interviewers, how you can determine if an interview is not going well, and how you can correct a bad interview by following up properly.
